私たちフミチャードリームスは、企業及び企業が向き合うお客様、消費者の欲求・課題をデザインによって変革したり、商品で解決したいという依頼に対して、その処方に見合ったデザインを企画・立案して、「プロダクト」という「カタチ」にしてご提案し、ファンに愛されるブランドとなる為のお手伝いをしています

これまでに、自主企画したファッションアイテムをイタリア（Milano/Firenze）、アメリカ（NY）の2ヶ国の小売店、服飾セレクトショップ等にOEM・ライセンス提供等を通じて、顧客のブランド作り向上のお手伝いをしてきました。

今後は、「デザインにジャンルはない。」の企業コンセプトにより、徐々にではありますが、仕事の範囲を広げ、インテリア家具やインダストリアル等のデザインも手掛けてきております。

国内はもとより海外企業のお客様の様々な課題に目を向け、「その課題を一つ一つ懸命に考え」、プロダクトデザインを通じて「愛されるブランド作り」のお手伝いを提供したいと考えています。

職種 1.ビジネスディレクター
●仕事内容
  • 経営層と共に、事業戦略の立案・事業推進を行い、デザインビジネスのディレクションと営業全体のマネージメント、顧客折衝・商談を統括し、事業の推進を行う。
●応募資格
  • デザインが大好きで、企画・アイデアが豊富な方
  • コミュニケーションを大切にできる方
  • 経営マネージメント経験者/営業統括経験者
  • 海外顧客との商談・折衝が出来ること（ビジネス英語）
  • 何かしらの企画提案・ディレクション・コンサルティング経験があること
2.ビジネスマネージャ
●仕事内容
  • デザインビジネスの企画・ディレクション・コンサルティング業務をベースに、顧客への提案、顧客折衝と商談を行い、国内/海外営業を展開する。
●応募資格
  • デザインが好きで、企画・アイデアが豊富な方
  • コミュニケーションを大切にできる方
  • 営業経験者
  • ビジネス英語で海外顧客との商談・折衝が出来ること
  • 何かしらの企画提案・ディレクション・コンサルティング経験があること
3.デザイナー
●仕事内容
  • 指示された仕事をデザインするのではなく、ジャンルに拘らず、自らテーマを発見し、とことん考え抜き、企業課題や世の中の欲求・需要を深く掘り下げ、アイデアを創造し、解決策を企画立案しデザイン及びプロダクトデザインに落とし込む仕事を展開する。
●必須スキル
  • 何かしらのデザイナー経験者で自分のビジョンを持っている方
    例.ファッションアイテム、服飾雑貨、インテリア家具、クルマ/オートバイ、ロードバイク、その他
  • PC環境を利用して、一人で企画をグラフィックデザイン、プロダクトデザイン、図面、プレゼン資料に落とし込むスキルがある方　
  • 海外顧客との打合せが出来ること（ビジネス英語）
  • 顧客へのデザイン提案・ディレクション・プレゼンテーションができる方

We, Fumiture Dreams, plan and draft a design appropriate to that prescription, in response to change the desires of customers and companies by design. We propose a "product", a "shape", to become a brand loved by fans.

We have been improving brand creation through OEM・licensing etc. in two cities of Italy (Milano / Firenze) and USA (NY) so far.

In the future, according to the company concept of "There is no genre in design", although it is gradually, we have expanded the scope of our work and are also working on interior furniture and industrial designs.

Looking to various issues of customers in overseas companies as well as domestic, I'd like to offer "helping the brand being loved" through "product design" and "thinking about customers one by one".

  • Together with management, develop business strategy and promote business, manage the direction of design business, management of whole sales, customer negotiation・business negotiation.
●Qualification requirements

  • Be able to negotiate with foreign customers (Business English)
  • Having some experience in planning, direction, consulting
2.Business manager
●Job contents
  • Based on planning, direction and consulting business of design, we propose and negotiate with customers developing domestic / overseas sales.
●Qualification requirements

3.Designer
●Job Description
  • Instead of designing the designated job, regardless of the genre, we discover ourselves and the desires and demands of the world. We create ideas, plan and design solutions, to develop a product design.
●Mandatory skills

  • Those who have experience as designers or have their own vision Example: Fashion items, Fashion accessories, Interior furniture, Cars / Motorbike, Road bike, Other
  • Skills to use alone to drop projects into graphic design, product design, drawing, presentation materials using the PC environment
  • Be able to talk with overseas customers (Business English)
  • Those who can design proposals, directions, and presentations to customers
