This manufacturing method adopts Hand-sewn Welt type manufacturing method.

Goodyear welt type manufacturing method that can be sewn on machines under the demand of mass production, but there is the goodness of each of Hand-sewn Welt type manufacturing method it is not a target to compare with which is better. Well, hand-sewn welt type is often softer than goodyear welt type, and it is said that shoes' return is good.This is a fact, one advantage of the hand scene, but the "return" of shoes is different in different elements. This time, we adopted the handshorn because we can thicken the insole so that the memory of footprint and perspiration persists and you can reduce the amount of cork in the sole. Therefore, there is an advantage that even if you are wearing it for a long time, the insole will not dip too much. This time, I emphasized the neighborhood.
Also, in this bottom strike, I put a wooden pattern in my shoes and hit a nail from the shoe sole. Since the nail to which the tip of the nail is firmly fixed, the sole of the shoe will not float.
While wearing for a while, I felt it comfortable, but I thought that "good shoes must fit the feet from the beginning" this was the concept of production.

素材は老舗生地メーカより厳選されたパテントレザーを使用したダービー仕様の靴です。
今回の製法はハンドソーンウェルテッド製法を採用しています。
量産という需要を受け機械で縫うことも可能なグッドイヤー製法もありますが、ハンドソーン、グッドイヤーそれぞれの良さがあり、どちらが良いかと比較する対象ではありません。よくハンドソーンは、グッドイヤーに比べて柔らかく、靴の“返りが良いと言われています。これは事実で、ハンドシーンの一つの利点なのですが、靴の「返り」というものは、さまざまな要素で違ってくるものです。今回、ハンドソーンを採用したのは、中底を厚く出来るので、フットプリントの記憶や吸汗性等が持続されるのと、ソールに入っているコルクの量を少なくできます。それにより、長い間穿いていても中底が沈み込み過ぎない利点があります。今回は、その辺を重視しました。
また、今回の底打ちでは、靴の中に木型を入れて靴底から靴の中へ向けて釘を打っています。釘の先端が返された釘はしっかりと固定されるため靴底が浮いたりしません。
よく、しばらく履いているうちに、自分の足にフィットしてきた感があり、履き心地が良いという声を聞きますが、「いい靴というものは最初から足にフィットしなければならない」という考えを制作のコンセプトにしています。
